Please specify the LCA 2023 Fall Conference & Celebration of Fellows to take advantage of the following group rates:

• Fairmont Room–  $605.00 CAD + tax and fees
• Junior Suite– $905.00 CAD + tax and fees (limited availability)

Rates will be honored three (3) days pre-conference and three (3) days post-conference, based on availability at time of reservation. Rooms and rates on post-conference dates are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Making your reservation early is strongly suggested.  If room block capacity is reached on or before July 26, 2023, the LCA rate will not be guaranteed and may no longer be available. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of the reservation. Gratuity for bellmen, doormen, and others who render intermittent personal services are not included in the resort service charge.

The closest airport to Fairmont Banff Springs is Calgary International Airport (YYC). Please note passports are required for US citizens entering Canada.

Calgary International Airport (YYC) is located approximately 80 miles (130 km) East of the resort. Most major airline carriers fly into Calgary.

Airport shuttles may be available via Banff Airporter, Banff Sedan and Pursuit from the Calgary International Airport to Fairmont Banff Springs. Schedules and rates are subject to change without notice.

RENTAL CAR
All major car rental agencies are represented at the Calgary International Airport, and some are in the Banff town site. Reservations are required. There is a Hertz office located in Fairmont Banff Springs.

Scholarship Notice. In accordance with all states requiring full or partial scholarships or grants be provided for the educational portion of the 2023 LCA Fall Conference & Celebration of Fellows, this will serve as notice that scholarships are available based upon a showing of need by the applicant/attendee. This notice hereby adopts each requirement and element of applicable state bar rules for the applicant/attendee seeking a scholarship. The LCA conference registration fee is fully refundable for cancellations received before Monday, June 26, 2023. Cancellations received between June 26 and July 25, 2023, will be refunded at fifty percent (50%) of the total fee, OR the total fee may be credited to a future LCA event. Due to the financial commitments made to the Resort by the LCA, cancellations received on or after Wednesday, July 26, 2023, are non-refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time without charge.

The LCA offers Fellows and their firms the opportunity to sponsor events (breakfasts, breaks, cocktail receptions, etc.) at its conferences and special events. This is a great opportunity for a firm to maximize visibility and networking potential. The LCA limits the number of sponsorships per conference in order to increase national exposure for each sponsor.
