A limited number of discounted hotel rooms have been made available for this conference. In order to obtain the group rate, which is only available to conference attendees, reservations must be made before Wednesday, September 14, 2022.
If room block capacity is reached before Wednesday, September 14, 2022, the LCA rate will not be guaranteed and may no longer be available.
Rates will be honored three (3) days pre-and post-conference based on availability at time of booking and rooms may be subject to a higher rate and/or length of stay restrictions. Rooms and rates on pre-and post-conference dates are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Making your reservation early is strongly suggested.

*Posted group rate does not include 10.5% Room Tax per night or the Daily Resort Fee of $35 per room, per night plus applicable taxes. All taxes and fees are subject to change.
Please familiarize yourself with Fairmont Grand Del Mar’s Cancellation Policy as the LCA is not responsible for any cancellation fees or other resort charges. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card at time of booking.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Room assignments prior to this time are subject to availability.
Check-out is at 12:00 PM. If any room is not vacated by this time, there will be a late charge unless prior arrangements are made with the resort’s management.
